Job Description

The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Full Time Social Worker (Weekends Only). The Social Worker provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital. Qualifications Master's degree in social work Required LAPC/LPC or
LSW/LCSW
preferred . Opening cases across the hospital Knowledge of family sessions/therapy Supervision of orientation Knowledge of case management, discharge planning, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management, Flexibility for float reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients in an inpatient hospital setting. Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
