Key Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field required Active Pennsylvania State Social Work License Valid PA PDE Educational Specialist certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues Experience in a school setting or with emotional support/partial hospitalization programs preferred

What You'll Do:

Deliver direct social-emotional support to students across assigned programs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to create comprehensive support plans Provide crisis intervention, short- and long-term counseling, and case management Advocate for students' needs while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment Maintain required documentation and contribute to IEP/504 team meetings Serve as an ongoing resource for school communities in both daily support and crisis response

Assignment Details:
