ANTICIPATED VACANCY
POSITION TITLE:
Child Accounting/PIMS Coordinator (Job Description)
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Pennsylvania Department of Education reporting requirements, PIMS templates, PA Secure ID procedures, child accounting requirements, reporting calendars, data definitions, and related compliance Knowledge of a public-school environment and the detailed processes and procedures required for school office operations. Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines, recurring data submissions, enrollment tasks, and time-sensitive requests with accuracy and Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret guidance, follow procedures, and apply sound judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data, reporting, enrollment, and documentation requirements clearly to staff, families, and outside agencies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of high school diploma, or have worked in related disciplines with a minimum of three to five years of related experience, an associate or bachelor's degree a plus
