Play a key role supporting students' well-being and success as a member of a dynamic school-based team. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with learners, families, and educators in a vital educational services program—making a real impact in the school community. As a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners to address student needs, provide direct support, and create safe, inclusive spaces for learning and personal growth. You'll work part-time with a flexible, family-friendly schedule—with the possibility to increase to full-time—through the academic year ending June 2027.

Required Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification Fully credentialed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working within school settings or with youth populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students in need of social, emotional, or behavioral support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans and strategies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) as required Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and reports in compliance with school and legal standards Advocate for student access to community and school-based resources
