Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Children's Activities Coordinator to care for and lead appropriate activities for children mostly from 18 months to 6 years. In this role, you will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters growth, learning, and fun. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to explore new skills, build confidence, and develop positive social interactions. while ensuring their well-being. This is a targeted, 25-30-hour-per-week role that blends hands-on supervision with structured administrative and delegatory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Child Supervision & Engagement:
Supervise and interact with children in a nurturing and supportive manner, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing behavioral issues.
Program Development:
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs, specifically designing structured initiatives like summer camp activities to keep children actively entertained beyond free play.
Staff Supervision:
Guide and support the floor staff as their supervisor, coordinating schedules to maintain proper staff-to-children ratios and ensure excellent floor coverage. Sign in & check out customers : Using Google Suite, and our sales system, daily check out customers and track members.
Community Building:
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous experience in childcare or early childhood education Be willing to be trained on Party Center Software and know how to use the Google Suite platform Strong organizational skills Ability to create a fun, safe and engaging atmosphere for children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to be trained and certified to perform CPR and first aid Must meet state requirements for the position, including
PA/FBI Clearances and Background Checks Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to reach, bend, and stand for extended periods

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
