The Service Coordinator also conducts family assessments as well as coordinates evaluations/assessments to determine program eligibility, lead team meetings, develops individualized service plans and ensures the child's and family's needs are being met by providing additional community resources. This position requires local travel and the ability to conduct in-home services. ```Qualifications``` Either (1) an Associates Degree , aBachelor's Degree, Degree, or Graduate Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field; or (2) holds associate's, bachelor's, or graduate-level degree in unrelated field AND has 2 years verified full time equivalent of supervised, paid, related work experience. Successful candidate is expected to be knowledgeable in Ohio EI Rule, timelines, and procedures.
