Role Description This is a full-time role for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at Wormack Inc. The LSW will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to the individual, group, and community. This is a hybrid role, meaning the candidate will be based in Connellsville but will have the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. Qualifications Current LSW license Experience in providing psychotherapy Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Empathy and compassion for others Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are beneficial Plus, thei ability to gain hours toward your LCSW.
