You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development. What You Need Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time) Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required — this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon-Fri 3-8 PM Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Active NPI and CAQH
