Job Summary We are seeking LSW/ LACs to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients. This role involves providing therapeutic services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The clinician will work with diverse populations, including individuals, children. Couples- and specialize in trauma and grief as well as a niche (OCD, bi polar, autism and ADHD, personality disorders, chronic illness, hospice etc- training may be provided on a case by case basis andas be subject to a year long minimum contract). Responsibilities Conduct client assessment and provide therapy services (individual, couples and families) with appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals to additional services when needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with coding and systems requirements. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in good standing. Proven experience in a therapy practice. Strong skills in client ssessment, treatment planning and therapeutic approaches Familiarity with coding systems relevant to social work documentation (CPT CODES). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients. position with minimum of 20 clients, group supervision provided. Make your own schedule- this is a hybrid remote position in Marlboro and /or Skillman NJ. Thee days in person required, Evenings required. ​
