A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Job Description
Pay:
Starting at $40/hr+ DOE & licensing, with travel stipends up to $125/day for nearby travel.Responsibilities include:
Conducting psychosocial assessments, collaborating on care plans, providing crisis support, grief counseling, and assisting with legal, financial, and end-of-life planning. Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and maintain compliant documentation.Qualifications:
MSW required; Utah LCSW preferred; experience in hospice or home health is a plus; valid driver's license and background check required.Benefits:
