Candidates must live near and be familiar with Berks, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties - and travel to these areas on occasion. Supports Brokers provide information, guidance, and technical assistance so individuals can access, organize, and use services and community resources that support a self-determined life. The role is shaped by the priorities and goals of each person receiving brokerage services.
