Desired Skills & Qualifications:

School-based social work or mental health professional experience strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of behavioral health, trauma responses, and gentle intervention techniques CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification highly desired Demonstrated ability to de-escalate situations and adapt to a students unique triggers Compassionate, patient, and highly skilled in collaborative care

Key Responsibilities:
