Full Job Description Licensed Masters Social Worker Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience; compensation may vary based on licensure and qualifications)

Austin Office (Monday-Friday) About Us We are a small nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals and families with disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and motivated individual to join our team and assist with client services and case management support. Training will be provided in all areas. Position Summary The Case Management Support Specialist will assist with coordinating client services, supporting families, maintaining client records, and helping connect clients to community resources and support programs. This position also includes participation in community events, support groups, and outreach activities. Responsibilities Research and develop innovative strategies to recruit clients for case management services Assist with coordinating client services alongside the LCSW and agency staff Support and facilitate case management services for individuals and families Maintain and update client files and documentation Contact clients and families to coordinate care and provide follow-up support Research and provide referrals for community resources such as food assistance, Medicaid, housing, and other support services Coordinate services between clients and staff to ensure continuity of care Assist with organizing and facilitating support group meetings and client activities Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure services are meeting their needs and to monitor overall well-being Provide client education regarding health, services, and available resources (training provided) Thoroughly document all client interactions and submit weekly reports of family contacts Attend and help coordinate organization events, including support groups, holiday events, camps, health fairs, and community outreach activities Assist clients with emergency financial assistance applications Provide ongoing case management support to clients and their families Qualifications LMSW certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Compassionate and professional approach when working with individuals and families Experience in social services, case management, education, healthcare, or nonprofit work is preferred but not required Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Training Comprehensive training will be provided for all responsibilities associated with the position.
