Character Clubhouse is a premium children's entertainment company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We provide princesses, superheroes, mermaids, mascots, holiday characters, and interactive family entertainment for birthday parties, schools, libraries, festivals, country clubs, HOAs, and corporate events. We're looking for an enthusiastic Children's Event Coordinator & Driver (part-time) to become an essential part of our event team. This is much more than a driving position—you'll help create unforgettable experiences for children while supporting our performers and ensuring every event runs flawlessly. What You'll Do Safely transport performers, costumes, and event supplies to and from events throughout the DFW Metroplex. Assist performers before, during, and after events. Lead games, music, dancing, and interactive activities with children. Keep events running on schedule and manage the event timeline. Welcome clients and serve as the primary on-site representative for Character Clubhouse. Collect final payments when applicable. Ensure costumes, props, and supplies are event-ready. Assist with photos and crowd management. Deliver a five-star customer experience from arrival to departure. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and professional Confident speaking with children and adults Organized and dependable Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working evenings and weekends Passionate about creating memorable experiences for families Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Elementary education Preschool or daycare Camp counselor Children's ministry Nanny Recreation programs Event hosting Birthday party venues Family entertainment Theatre or performing arts Customer service or hospitality Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle. Comfortable driving throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
