Your core responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a safe living environment. Encouraging independence and accompanying young people to school and activities. Upholding National Care Standards and maintaining accurate daily records. Adapting to flexible shift schedules (day shifts, nights, and weekend rotas). What you'll need: Prior experience in residential childcare or youth work. PVG Scheme clearance. SVQ 3 in Care/Childcare (or equivalent) is a distinct advantage. Full driving licence is preferred.
