A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral coaching plans for clients Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavioral coaches to ensure quality service delivery Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor client progress toward established goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community stakeholders to support client outcomes Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards Facilitate group and individual coaching sessions using evidence-based behavioral strategies Identify and respond to crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master's preferred) or 3+ years of experience in behavioral coaching, case management, or a related human services role working with children Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Knowledge of mental healt disorders , trauma-informed care, or similar behavioral frameworks Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to pass a background check and meet all state/agency compliance requirements Compassionate, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client care
