Job Overview Hours:
6:30 AM- 9:00 AM We are seeking an energetic and responsible School Age Care Opener to join our team. This paid position plays a vital role in preparing our students for a successful day by providing a safe, organized, and welcoming start to their school experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to creating a positive environment for children during morning hours. Duties Greet students and families warmly as they arrive, ensuring a smooth transition into the school day Supervise children during morning routines, including breakfast, outdoor activities, and classroom transitions Implement engaging youth group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and fun Maintain a safe environment through vigilant child supervision and adherence to safety protocols such as first aid procedures and CPR readiness Manage behavior effectively using positive discipline strategies and behavior management techniques Collaborate with teaching staff and other team members to ensure consistency in care and program delivery Prepare the environment for the day's activities by organizing materials and setting up outdoor work areas when applicable Join us at Trinity Academy of Hudson where your energy fuels young minds!
