Southwest Alaska Position Highlights Work-Life Balance:

Choose a traditional Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule in outpatient and residential settings, or a concentrated 7-on/7-off rotation for emergency coverage. Outpatient clinicians have input into their own daily schedule, typically averaging 6 sessions per day.

Work Environment:

Provide care across five distinct settings, including residential treatment, outpatient counseling, village outpatient serving remote communities, a dedicated pediatric clinic and children and family services. Caseload is capped at 40 patients, telehealth included.

Call Schedule:

Emergency behavioral health coverage runs 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on a 7-on/7-off rotation. There is no additional on call requirement outside of scheduled shifts.
