Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation:

Starting pay: $71,489 annually, with potential for up to a 30% increase based on experience

Generous Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments (at 90 days and 1-year anniversary). Requires a 2-year commitment to the organization.

Qualifications:

Degree:
