Up to $33,800 Weekly compensation is based on 40 guaranteed hours. Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health assessments, counseling, treatment planning, and crisis intervention services. The therapist will support individuals through comprehensive mental health care while maintaining confidentiality and accurate clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention. Document treatment and evaluation activities accurately. Apply appropriate psychological counseling theories and techniques. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient care. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , including 2 years in a comparable position . Active, unrestricted state license or appropriate clinical credential. BLS certification required. Acceptable licenses may include

LCSW, LPC, LMFT
