Collect biopsychosocial information about patients through interview, case history, observation techniques, and other assessment methods. Analyze information collected to identify symptoms and develop treatment plan. Provide comprehensive social work services in the form of casework and case management by consulting on or developing discharge plans. Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis. Requirements Conditions of employment This position may require the incumbent to have tuberculosis testing. Applicants must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain appropriate/relevant clinical privileges. May include shift work (on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays). This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination. Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter. This position may require Basic Life Support training certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Required to be screened for applicable immunizations or pre-existing immunity based on occupational risk, regardless of job series. This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement.
