2989949788-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Thriveworks is seeking an Associate Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality outpatient therapy in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to diverse clients in person and via telehealth, under licensed supervision. You'll document care in our EMR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Provide individual, couple, and family therapy under clinical supervision Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR systems Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, and other providers Deliver both in-person and telehealth services to diverse client populations Participate in supervision, case consultation, and team meetings Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Support client engagement, safety, and crisis intervention as needed Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Treatment planning Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Risk assessment and crisis intervention Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Telehealth service delivery Care coordination and case management Understanding of DSM-5 and diagnostic frameworks Cultural competence in diverse populations Knowledge of legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards
