We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a brand-new outpatient behavioral health program in Victorville, California. This is a great opportunity to join an established Southern California behavioral health organization while helping launch a new clinic from the ground up. You will work alongside psychiatric providers, therapists, case management, and support staff in a collaborative outpatient setting. The LCSW will provide individual therapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing counseling, crisis support when appropriate, and coordination of care for patients experiencing a range of behavioral health conditions. The clinic will serve a diverse patient population, potentially including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Initial patient volume is expected to be manageable and will gradually increase as the program grows. We are looking for an independently licensed clinician who is compassionate, clinically confident, and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Qualifications Active California LCSW license Behavioral health or mental health experience Outpatient experience preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively The clinic is expected to operate Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility available for strong candidates. Full-time and potentially part-time schedules may be considered.
