We support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, behavioral and emotional challenges, identity questions, life transitions, and other issues affecting well-being. We welcome clinicians with diverse theoretical orientations, specialties, and populations of interest. Depending on training and experience, services may include individual therapy, child and adolescent therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy using CBT, family systems, solution-focused, trauma-informed, existential, psychodynamic, play-based, or other ethical and evidence-informed approaches. What We Offer Annual salary of $75,000-$100,000, based on degree, experience, specialty, and caseload. Client referrals and support developing a sustainable caseload. Primary Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, children or adolescents, couples, and/or families according to training and competence. Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress throughout care. Maintain a consistent caseload and provide reliable, client-centered continuity of care. Complete accurate, timely progress notes and all required clinical documentation. Assess risk, follow crisis procedures, and coordinate higher levels of care when indicated. Provide clinical supervision to associate-level social workers or other eligible clinicians when qualified and approved to do so, and participate in case consultation with colleagues. Collaborate with medical providers and community professionals when appropriate and authorized, and follow HIPAA, Idaho licensing rules, professional ethics, payer requirements, and Voluntas Psychotherapy policies. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work from an appropriately accredited program. Active, unrestricted Idaho Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential and eligibility for independent psychotherapy practice in Idaho. At least two years of independent LCSW licensure, or current eligibility to meet Idaho requirements for approval as a clinical supervisor. Eligibility for credentialing with applicable insurance networks and willingness to complete required payer enrollment. Strong clinical judgment, professional boundaries, communication skills, documentation practices, and commitment to ethical care and effective supervision. Ability to pass required background and credentialing checks and use electronic health record, scheduling, and telehealth systems. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of outpatient psychotherapy experience following independent LCSW licensure. Current approval to provide clinical supervision in Idaho, or the ability and willingness to obtain required supervisor approval promptly. An established or developing specialty serving adults, children, adolescents, couples, or families, with training in one or more evidence-informed modalities. Interest in mentorship, collaborative case consultation, community outreach, and contributing to future clinical programs.
