- Master's degree in social work (MSW) (includes practicum and internship)
- Social Work Clinical Exam (administered by the ASWB)
- Active LCSW license through the IL board
- 2 years post MSW supervised clinical experience
- Clear, articulate communication skills
- Ability to develop strategies and make referrals for a diverse population
- Previous school experience a plus!
