The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing school-based counseling and social work services to students with visual impairments. This position focuses on supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and social well-being while helping them successfully participate in the educational environment..

Job Duties :

Provide individual and/or group counseling services to students. Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Develop appropriate counseling goals and intervention strategies. Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other educational professionals. Participate in student support and educational planning meetings as needed.
