Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) requiredLicenses & Certifications:
LMSW- Licensed Medical Social Worker
- State Licensure required BCLS
- Basic Life Support required
Qualifications :
