Job Description

A new hospice company that will be serving Indiana, Dubois, and Latrobe assisted living facilities is seeking a licensed medical social work to meet its patients needs. This is a part time job, and can be performed with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Travel time will be compensated. A guaranteed minimum of $1000 per month regardless of services needed.

Pay:

$60.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 10.0 per week
