Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs. Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support for each child's unique situation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes. Establish rapport with children and their families, providing a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning. Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to assist families in enhancing their child's development. Document all assessments, plans, and outcomes in compliance with Federal and State regulations and industry standards. Provide informational resources, skills training, and ongoing support to families, empowering them to actively engage in their child's development. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to promote a secure environment for all individuals served. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LCSW focused on early intervention, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. This critical population requires compassionate and informed support to navigate their developmental milestones effectively. You will engage with families to help them understand their child's needs and enhance their development across all areas, including physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current LCSW licensure by the Texas Department of Public Health.
