$60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and desired work hours Alpenglow Behavioral Health is seeking an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient psychiatry and behavioral health practice in Anchorage. This is a full-time W-2 position designed for a clinician who wants to provide high-quality therapy in a collaborative private-practice environment without the administrative burden of running a practice. Our practice is associated with psychiatrists, a physician assistant, and a LPC. We value collaboration while giving clinicians the autonomy to practice within their own areas of expertise. The Position The LCSW will provide approximately 25-30 patient encounters per week within a 40-hour work week. The remaining work time is protected for: Clinical documentation Care coordination Consultation Treatment planning Professional development Other administrative responsibilities We DO NOT expect therapists to fill every available hour with patient appointments. Patient Population Our referral base includes both children and adults . The therapist will have flexibility to develop a patient population that fits their interests, experience, and clinical strengths. Experience with children and adolescents is preferred but not required.
