What We're Looking For Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred LGPC or LCPC candidates may also be considered Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice Why Backpack Healthcare?
