As a Counselor, you'll lead engaging group therapy sessions and work alongside an integrated care team committed to harm reduction, dignity, and member-centered care. $4,000Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Lead 3-4 one-hour, evidence-based group therapy sessions each day. Facilitate meaningful discussions and adapt approved modalities to meet members where they are. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to support whole-person care. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Create a welcoming, harm-reduction-focused environment where members feel respected and supported. Engage with the local community to promote access to compassionate addiction treatment.Qualifications:
What You Bring An active license:LISW/LCSW
Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level withTechnology:
EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
