Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field; licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent required. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings; experience with hospital environments is advantageous. Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy (TFT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and psychopharmacology knowledge preferred. Strong skills in crisis management, behavior management, and medical documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation; experience with CPT coding is a plus.
