Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor | Outpatient Behavioral Health BWN Inc. is seeking an experienced, independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants the flexibility and earning potential of private practice without the overhead and administrative burden of operating a practice independently. Compensation 50/50 revenue-sharing arrangement based on collected revenue for completed clinical services. What BWN Provides Private office space provided All rent, utilities, and internet covered Billing and claims administration Insurance credentialing and enrollment support Scheduling and administrative support Patient referrals and practice marketing Secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for telehealth sessions Collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment No office overhead or startup costs In-Person & Video Telehealth Care Clinicians have the flexibility to provide services in person and through secure, HIPAA-compliant video telehealth , as appropriate. Our telehealth sessions are conducted by video rather than telephone-only visits , allowing clinicians and patients to see one another and maintain the face-to-face interaction that is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. Established Insurance Relationships BWN Inc. is credentialed with Maryland Medicaid, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. We will assist selected clinicians with the necessary credentialing and enrollment process to participate with our contracted insurance networks , helping eliminate one of the most time-consuming aspects of establishing an independent practice. About the Opportunity This position begins with a part-time caseload , with the opportunity to increase your caseload as desired as our patient population continues to grow. Clinicians have flexibility in developing a schedule and caseload that works for them while benefiting from BWN's administrative and practice support. You focus on your patients. We handle the business side of the practice. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C license Independently licensed to provide psychotherapy in Maryland Experience providing outpatient mental health services Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, mental health conditions, and/or substance use disorders is welcomed. BWN Inc. is a CARF-accredited and Maryland State-licensed behavioral health organization serving children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Our organization provides Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services and brings together psychiatric and behavioral health professionals in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
