Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our mental health team. This role involves providing clinical social work services, mental health counseling, and therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based mental health interventions. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in individuals' lives through culturally sensitive and client-centered care. Duties Provide clinical social work services, including mental health counseling and psychotherapy to clients across various age groups. Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver effective mental health interventions tailored to individual client goals and needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with licensing standards and organizational policies. Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements established by licensing boards and organizational policies. Experience Proven experience in clinical social work, mental health counseling, or related therapeutic roles. Familiarity with working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement and documentation. Experience with mental health interventions, assessment tools, and evidence-based practices. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards. Licensure as a Master Social Worker (MSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. Pay:
$45.00 - $70.00 per hour
