Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on providing emotional and psychological support to individuals and families facing the challenges of serious illness and end-of-life care. This vulnerable population requires therapists who are not only skilled but also empathetic, helping clients navigate grief, loss, and existential concerns. Your work will directly contribute to improving their overall quality of life during these critical moments. Qualifications Must possess an active and unrestricted LCSW license in California. A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on hospice care or telehealth. Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and other remote work tools, with a strong ability for effective documentation. Commitment to delivering culturally competent and inclusive care that respects the diversity of our clients. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations. Experience in hospice or end-of-life care settings is highly desirable.
