Our virtual team is dedicated, collaborative, and supportive, ensuring you feel connected and have access to the resources you need to succeed in your role. Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand each patient's unique situation. Work collaboratively with patients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in various settings including individual and group therapy. Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with the tools to manage their well-being effectively. Engage with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver cohesive and coordinated care. Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust plans as necessary to optimize patient care. Stay current with best practices and emerging research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice. Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily support individuals in a detox center environment, focusing on those with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing care that acknowledges their unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Your role is vital in guiding patients through their recovery journey, utilizing your skills to foster resilience and empowerment. Qualifications To be successful in this position, you will need: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen understanding of how to build rapport with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with experience in addiction recovery and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities will be highly regarded. Experience working in remote environments, managing telehealth sessions, and supporting detoxification processes is also advantageous. Your ability to adapt therapy techniques based on client feedback and treatment progress will be critical to success in this role. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k) plan with employer match. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
