Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while playing an essential role within a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting children and families in a school setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will occasionally engage with educational personnel and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and interventions tailored specifically to the youth population. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that are developmentally and culturally appropriate for children and adolescents, focusing on their mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs. Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families, including counseling, intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Document all mental health evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and suicide risk assessments electronically, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards. Escalate client needs and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure timely access to necessary medical and psychiatric services when appropriate. Facilitate connection to local resources, medication assistance programs, and community agencies to enhance the support available to clients. Participate actively in Quality Improvement initiatives to refine the processes for data collection and treatment outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus The primary focus of this role will be on children and adolescents within a school setting, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and parents to implement effective intervention strategies that promote student success both academically and emotionally. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of three (3) years' experience post-licensure in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in mental health interventions. Sound knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention practices, and the ability to make independent judgments regarding the provision of direct services. Strong skills in group facilitation and the ability to develop therapeutic programs that cater to the diverse needs of clients. Preferred Experience Experience working with youth in educational environments or community organizations. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document care processes effectively. Track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive service. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from
USD 120,000
