Exceptional Care Services (ECS) is seeking dedicated LCSWs, LMHCs, and LPCCs to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of ECS, you'll work alongside a collaborative network of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Whether you're facilitating therapy sessions on-site or via telemedicine, your work will help shape recovery journeys and improve lives.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and group therapy to patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges. Develop and manage treatment and recovery plans from intake to discharge. Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors. Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth across ECS partner facilities.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT. Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel between facilities as needed. Why ECS?
