Job Description
SUMMARY:
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment. The LCSW will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, care coordination, and counseling services for adult inpatient medical patients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive appropriate resources and support for successful transitions of care. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for hospitalized patients.
- Active Washington State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
- Adult inpatient medical social work.
Pay:
