Help Transform Lives at SeaView's Recovery Center SeaView Community Services is seeking a dedicated Recovery Center Clinician to provide therapeutic support and counseling to individuals in our residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment programs. What You'll Do:
Provide individual and group therapy for clients in residential and outpatient recovery programs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and medical providers to ensure holistic care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Facilitate relapse prevention planning, coping skills development, and behavioral health interventions. Participate in clinical team meetings, training, and program development initiatives.Qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, required. Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Alaska as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, preferred. Experience providing individual and group therapy in a behavioral health setting. Knowledge of ASAM criteria, trauma-informed care, and best practices in addiction treatment.Preferred:
Experience working in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment or a recovery-focused setting. Familiarity with state and federal regulations for behavioral health services.What We Offer:
