Overview Oak River Counseling is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a compassionate, client-centered mental health clinician to join our team. We currently have two positions available - one in Ozark and one in Enterprise. We are seeking ALCs, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and building meaningful relationships with clients. Duties & Responsibilities Provide compassionate, ethical, client-centered counseling services Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and client records Build positive, professional therapeutic relationships with clients Maintain professional and ethical standards Participate as a dependable and collaborative member of the Oak River Counseling team Qualifications Valid Alabama licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, ethical, and client-centered Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team Commitment to professional growth and providing quality mental health care Desire to be part of a growing counseling practice and make a meaningful impact Benefits Paid holidays Flexible schedule Annual bonus Dedicated administrative support Supportive, team-oriented work environment At Oak River Counseling, we believe clinicians do their best work when they have the support they need.
