Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our two person In Home team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with children, adolescents, and families to address various psychological and emotional challenges, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client in thier home, school, and community settings. Duties Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their mental health journey. Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis. Provide specialized counseling services addressing gender issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health concerns. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in compliance with medical documentation standards. Implement creative therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and expression. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions. Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Must be willing to travel in the surrounding area with a partner to provide services in the home, school, and community setting. Experience in behavioral health settings preferred. Proficiency in individual/group counseling techniques is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in relevant therapeutic modalities.
