Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate clinician to provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services. The ideal candidate is organized, ethical, client-focused, and committed to professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Participate in supervision and staff meetings (as applicable) Qualifications Active license (LPC, LMSW, ALC, or equivalent) in the state of Alabama Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Strong documentation and organizational skills Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Clinical supervision (if applicable) Professional development support Positive and supportive team culture Company paid CEUs for up to one year Ensure adherence to agency, state, and ethical guidelines
