About us Stepping Stones to Success Counseling is a multi-location private group practice providing individual and family counseling Services.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family counseling services. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and licensing standards. Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Follow ethical guidelines and state regulations for mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Active Associate License (ALC) in Alabama. ( Onsite Supervision may be available) Active License in Master Social Work ( LMSW) Supervision reimbursement may be covered Experience in mental health counseling preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while being open to supervision and feedback.
