Full-time, in person About the Position Cholla Behavioral Health is seeking an associate-licensed therapist to join our Outpatient Treatment Center (OTC) team in our psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy to adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns, with clinical supervision and opportunities for professional development. Our program treats addiction through the lens of mental health. We recognize that substance use can be connected to trauma, emotional distress, unhealthy coping skills, relationship difficulties, and unmet life needs. Our approach addresses these underlying concerns to support meaningful, lasting recovery. Responsibilities Complete behavioral health assessments. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assess safety risks and assist with crisis planning. Participate in clinical staffings and discharge planning. Coordinate care with providers, case managers, and community supports. Participate in clinical supervision. Follow HIPAA requirements, professional ethical standards, and agency policies. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Current Arizona associate-level license as an LMSW or LAC. Current Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Experience or knowledge related to mental health, trauma, and substance use.
