In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services, including individual and group therapy sessions, supporting individuals on their path to recovery and mental wellness. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions on-site at our Phoenix facility. Facilitate substance abuse counseling and recovery-oriented psychoeducational groups. Perform clinical intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Document clinical notes, progress reports, and treatment plan reviews in a timely, compliant manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, medical staff, and care coordinators to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as required.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.

Licensure:

Active Arizona license as an LPC, LCPC, or LAPC (Required).

Specialization:

Substantial experience or certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (e.g., LISAC, LASAC, or specialized CADC/substance use background). Strong clinical grounding in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care). Excellent communication, group facilitation, and documentation skills.

License/Certification Requirements:
Active Arizona License:

LPC, LAC/LAPC, LISAC, or LASAC (Required) Substance Abuse Counseling Credentials or

CADC/NCAC

(Highly Preferred) AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required) CPR/BLS Certification (Required)

Standard Business Hours | Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM

PM Compensation:

$65,000
