•Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavior management techniques. Provide individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment planning records, medical records, and EMR/EHR entries following clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, medical documentation, patient assessment, and research initiatives to enhance client outcomes. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with current state certification. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and geriatrics preferred. Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation procedures, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and clinical documentation standards. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems such as Epic or similar tools. Ability to work effectively in outpatient settings with experience in inpatient or clinic environments highly desirable. Spanish speaking a plus but not required EMDR certified a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with a focus on client-centered care; ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion. Pay:

$60.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
