We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) to provide in-person therapy and serve as a steady, supportive presence for clients navigating life's challenges. This role is grounded in both compassion and compliance, ensuring care aligns with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) Article 1 & 10 requirements while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. You will create a safe, in-person therapeutic space where clients feel heard and supported; while delivering structured, compliant, and goal-oriented care that promotes long-term healing and growth. Duties Provide in-person individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches Conduct behavioral health assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through consistent, compassionate care Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready documentation aligned with Article 1 & 10 Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards in every interaction Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members to coordinate care Support crisis intervention and safety planning when needed Participate in treatment team meetings and ongoing clinical collaboration Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in

Arizona Required:

Experience in outpatient treatment or behavioral health settings

Required:
