Position Summary As a Group Facilitator, you will lead engaging therapeutic groups while creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for clients. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy facilitating groups and working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the treatment team to support client care Maintain professional and ethical standards Receive clinical supervision for qualifying group and individual hours Qualifications Associate or licensed therapist in California (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) At least one year of experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations Valid California driver's license and current automobile liability insurance Ability to pass required background, medical, and drug screening requirements Preferred Skills Strong group facilitation and communication skills Proficiency with electronic documentation and basic computer applications Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and lifestyle backgrounds Excellent organizational and time management skills
